VOILÀ Hotel Rewards is the world's first and only points-based, guest loyalty programme built specifically for a global alliance of independent hotels and small groups. VOILÀ is operated by Hospitality Marketing Concepts (HMC), a global company with offices in more than 50 countries in North America, Central/South America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

VOILÀ, which has experienced strong growth since its initial launch in June 2008, is the first points-based frequent guest programme that unites a network of four- and five-star independent hotels and luxury hotel brands worldwide. Hotels co-brand their programmes under the VOILÀ umbrella and members earn points and redeem rewards through its network of over 170 premier properties worldwide. With its global presence, VOILÀ supports hotels and guests in nearly 100 cities and on three continents by delivering world-class service wherever members travel.

Maintaining occupancy levels and keeping a healthy ADR are among the biggest challenges facing luxury hoteliers today. By joining VOILÀ, hotels can discreetly target offers to new and existing customers without engaging in public bidding contests to attract business. The VOILÀ programme requires a very short time to launch making it a great solution for independent hotels in these difficult times.

Enrollment in the VOILÀ programme is free-of-charge and provides members the opportunity to earn valuable points for their stays that can later be redeemed for complimentary nights or room upgrades. VOILÀ members also enjoy a host of special “members-only” perks like exclusive room rates, welcome amenities, VIP access to hotel facilities and more through VOILÀ's private label-regional programmes including Husa Plus, Lucerna Rewards, Great Hotels Rewards, and Coral Hadaya.

V3 offers "Real" solutions for tourism suppliers and distributors. No more allocations, no more rekeying bookings, no more shuffling inventory from site to site. V3 provides the only solution for efficient and effective online distribution.

Can you imagine an Airline using a Channel Manager?

Could you imagine an Airline using half baked technology which "scans an email" to manage their inventory control? How Archaic!

Do you think an Airline would hire personnel to rekey online Bookings into their own systems?
Airlines distribute inventory through thousands of Websites, using "Live" inventory provided through their core inventory systems. That's the way it should be.

V3 specialises in providing the Accommodation Industry with "Real" access to "Live" inventory.

V3 is not a Channel Manager, V3provides a true 'open booking exchange' which is unique, accurate and provides access to a suppliers' available inventory, directly from the suppliers' operating system.

The V3 technology provides simple, easy to use and maintenance free distribution for thousands of tourism suppliers worldwide.

One of V3's key initiatives is its partnership with ATDW in developing Tourism Exchange Australia. TXA offers an open booking exchange for Distributors to access available supplier inventory in real time.

TXA combines ATDW rich content with the V3 seamless booking technology that includes a secure payment process.

Suppliers and distributors benefit greatly through TXA by:

Suppliers are provided with a maintenance free platform to distribute their inventory.

Available Inventory, rates and content are automatically made available to the distributors; the supplier chooses to work with.

Confirmed reservations are automatically entered into the supplier's reservation system.

Distributors have unlimited access to suppliers available inventory, directly from the suppliers In-house reservation system.

Inventory is automatically made available to chosen distributors.

When bookings are made, remaining inventory is synchronised across all distributors eliminating the possibility of over booking.

V3 technology will support suppliers of any size, from a 1 Room, Bed and Breakfast to integration to 5 Star International Properties PMS'. The solutions are success based so suppliers are only paying for the system when it works for them.

Tours, Attractions and Events can equally be managed through V3 solution.

It's the Paradigm Shift the Australian tourism industry has been crying out for.

Ubid4rooms.com is a unique new last minute accommodation website combining all the features of current last minute sites, with the addition of enabling the customer to bid directly with hotels online with same day confirmation.

Ubid4rooms.com was developed by hotel veteran Gary Berman, whose philosophy that "a vacant room is revenue lost forever" was the basis for the site . He believes that it is better for a property to accept a controlled discount than to leave a room vacant.

The concept is both time sufficient for suppliers to manage and user friendly for the consumer. It is suitable for all styles and sizes of hotels and allows properties to maximise occupancy and revenue , by giving total flexibility to manage rooms and rates.

All the bids received are one off and confidential offers, so hotel rates will not be diluted, and any contracted or lowest rate guarantees that properties may have will not be affected.

The Ubid4rooms.com site enables hotels to post rates on the system for a limited (28 day) period and the consumer can either buy immediately at the advertised rate, or make an offer direct to the hotel. Minimum rates are built into the system to prevent "time wasting" bids and the property receives the bid by email and has three hours to reply.

The facility to bid on multiple rooms has recently been added, making it ideal for family groups, and the corporate and conference market. Ubid4rooms.com is also now linked with most of the major channel managers.

Feedback from suppliers to Ubid4rooms.com has been extremely positive. Due to many contracted rate agreements in the market, it has been difficult in the past for properties to sell at lower rates due to ramifications it could have for their larger suppliers.

With Ubid4rooms.com, hotels can effectively maximize occupancy by selling rooms at rates they cannot openly publish.

Once a bid is accepted on the site, both consumer and supplier know that this is a one off deal, which might never be repeated (there is a disclaimer on the confirmation slip acknowledging this).

When Quest was founded, it introduced an accommodation alternative that changed the travel industry: the stylish, roomy and well appointed serviced apartment.

Quest can now be found in major cities, large regional centers and rural areas. Quest makes it its business to be where the corporate sector travels, and this includes a growing network of expanding regional areas.

Quest’s focus on regional development is testament to the company’s ethos of providing accommodation in those areas where there is a shortage or a lack of modern properties to service the unique and changing needs of the extended stay corporate traveller, coupled with the preparedness to develop properties in emerging business related locations.

In fact, we’ve made it our mission to be where corporate travellers need to be.

Today, Quest has an impressive network of more than 120 Serviced Apartment properties across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Each property is designed to offer a business class experience at rates that represent outstanding value for money. www.questapartments.com.au
