Online Bookings Surge as BIG4 Parks Ride the Web Wave

Caravan ParksONLINE bookings at BIG4, one of Australia’s largest caravan park operators, are powering ahead with the group’s monthly website revenue breaching $1m for the first time during September, one year after its online booking system was launched. Chairman Rodger Powell said the website’s performance exceeded initial expectations. “Consumers have loved it,” he said. There are more than 180 BIG4 ‘Holiday Parks’ around Australia.

  1. 180 parks generating $1M per month online. That's only $185 per day in online booking revenue per park! That sounds very ordinary if you ask me.
