Airline Customer Satisfaction Flying High, mostly…

LESS than half the people who flew Tiger Airways during 2010 were either “fairly” or “very” satisfied with the experience, a Roy Morgan survey has revealed. Qantas domestic passengers on the other hand were mostly content with an 83% satisfaction rating, the highest of any domestic carrier. Regional subsidiary QantasLink ranked second with 82% while Virgin Blue held steady at 81% despite the celebrated computer crash of late 2010. REX dropped slightly to 80%, Jetstar remained below the industry average of 76%, with 68% satisfaction, while Tiger Airways continues to rank lowest with only 49% satisfaction.
