The Priceline Group – which owns market leading online travel agents Booking.com, Agoda.com and Priceline – has bought hotel revenue management company PriceMatch.
It’s the latest in a long line of hotel tech companies that have been swallowed up over the past 18 months.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The addition of PriceMatch will further The Group’s continued efforts to drive value for its network of 600,000+ accommodations partners worldwide, helping them expand through next generation technology services and distribution expertise,” Priceline said.
PriceMatch will be integrated into BookingSuite, a recently-launched division of Booking.com.
