A new global survey from Google and IPSOS Research reveals Australia has the second highest smartphone penetration in the world at 37%. “We’re seeing mobile usage and smartphone usage starting to approach or even match PC usage,” Ryan Hayward, Google’s mobile product marketing manager for Asia-Pacific, told the Sydney Morning Herald.
