Bill Black, SilverNeedle HospitalityBill’s core focus is to take concepts and to transform these into organized, systematized business directions. In addition, he is responsible for senior management development.

Bill is a founder member of SilverNeedle Hospitality. With over 30 years in the Asia-Pacific hospitality industry, he is experienced in every facet of hotel management and development. This gives him the unique ability to harness innovation both at the property and corporate level and temper it with practical hands on application experience.

An innovative hotelier, Bill is charged with breaking conventional hospitality modes to set new benchmarks for design, facilities, service and profitability for SilverNeedle.

Prior to SilverNeedle Hospitality, Bill held key senior management positions with The Regent and Four Seasons Hotels in Asia over a period of 15 years. He managed several iconic independent hotels across the region and went on to establish his own boutique hotel management company.

Bill is passionate and sensitive to local culture and traditions. He is an active philanthropist and has established and contributed to several community building initiatives across South East Asia.
