Debra Fox, APTDebra Fox began her travel career in the early 1990s with Thomas Cook, managing a number of retail branches before moving before moving into product management. Her contribution was recognised with the Global Exceptional Performance Award for campaign strategy in 2000.

She followed this success by joining Traveland as the National Advertising and Marketing Manager formulating and implementing results-driven marketing strategies, and then at American Express where she put into place their travel product supplier strategy.

Debra joined APT in 2003 in the role of National Sales Manager leading the team responsible for sales growth and received a Global Sales Leadership Award in 2008. In early 2008, Debra took on the role of Global Call Centre Manager and was appointed to the APT executive team.

In this role, Debra successfully implemented a sales and customer service strategy via their 24/7 global contact centre. In 2009, Debra was promoted to her current position of GM Marketing responsible for building and implementing marketing strategies across the APT group of brands in Australia and New Zealand.

She is committed to building brand awareness, maximising ROI and enhancing the customer experience across all touch points, including the development of an industry-leading digital strategy.
