Marc Letourneau always knew he would travel in his professional life. French Canadian born, Marc now has 14 years experience with Club Med from when he started in the Caribbean managing Public Relations and Club Med’s Business division.
He was then promoted to Sales Executive back home in Montreal, and managed Eastern Canada sales for 3 years.
Six years ago, in 2006, Marc was offered a move to Australia, to take over the Club Med Business department, the MICE division of Club Med.
After 2 successful years in building the CMB brand, Marc was promoted to National Sales Manager managing both the MICE and leisure sales for the Australian market.
Since 2008, Marc and his team have worked on rebranding Club Med in Australia to fit with the upscale strategy launched in Europe, and globally, in 2004.
Marc also manages the vital relations with various retailers and airline partners in Australia.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys the great weather in Australia and all the recreational opportunities.
He also loves to hop on a flight to discover Asia as often as he has the chance.
