She then took up the position of Director of Sales & Marketing for a leading international resort and was responsible for overseeing all Sales and Marketing activities worldwide.
Within this role Michelle had 6 international offices worldwide reporting to her for sales and marketing activities within each of their regions.
After two and half years in this international position Michelle joined the Travel the World team and has overseen the Sales and Marketing teams for Travel the World over the last 12 years.
During this time, Michelle has led sales and marketing to the Australian public on a diverse range of cruise lines including Holland America Line, Carnival Cruise Lines, Tauck River cruising, Windstar cruises and Compagnie du Ponant.
Under her guidance, Travel the World received numerous international cruise line sales and marketing awards.
More recently, Michelle has also been instrumental in the start up of Cruise Guru, an online cruise provider with exclusive B2C technology currently selling 17 cruise lines and boasting over 61,000 Facebook fans.
Overseeing the Sales & Marketing for Cruise Guru – Michelle’s knowledge of the cruise industry, especially in the field of Sales and Marketing as well as technology is extensive.
