Australia's latest YHA has just opened in the old Fremantle Prison and twin-bed cells cost from $68. The prison was built in the 1850s before it closed in 1991.

Previously you couldn’t have paid people to stay there, now a cell at the re-purposed Fremantle Prison – Australia’s latest YHA – costs from $68.
