logo - serkoShares in travel technology company Serko Limited (SKO) began trading on the NZX Main Board today. Serko raised NZD22.0 million at $1.10 per share with the IPO 3.5x over-subscribed. It now has around 900 shareholders, predominantly institutional investors from Australia and New Zealand.

Serko describes itself as “a New Zealand-based cloud technology company that provides an integrated corporate travel booking and expense management solution to approximately 6,000 corporations and government agencies across the Asia Pacific region.”
