WEBJET Managing Director David Clarke sold 570,000 shares for more than $1m the day after issuing a bullish press release on the company’s performance. Clarke now has around 15,443 shares in Webjet plus numerous options.
The company’s Chairman, Allan Nahum, also took advantage of recent high share prices, selling 700,000 shares for $1.274m, leaving him with 22,925 shares.
The Webjet share price has been strong of late, briefly reaching $2 before slipping back. Clarke sold his shares for an average of around $1.80 while Nahum got his away at $1.82. See story in The Age.
