It’s now a case of bookings first and reviews second at TripAdvisor, which has relaunched as a  ‘Hotel Price Comparison’ search engine. The move brings to an end the annoying, difficult to navigate hybrid site TripAdvisor’s been presenting it transitioned to the new business model. The new search-focussed site means site visitors will no longer be driven “crazy with endless annoying pop-ups before they’ve booked it,” said TripAdvisor co-founder Steve Kaufer.  “This was the most logical step in the evolution of TripAdvisor.”
